Position Overview

• Role Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Minimum Hours: 15 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

​

• Provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments

• Maintain Accurate Documentation

• Ensure timely and thorough record-keeping in compliance with company and legal standards.

Qualifications

​

• Must hold an active LCSW license in Illinois and/or Indiana.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in community mental health or clinical settings is a plus.​​
